Were can I find an untraditional investor that would finance me $37,000 secured by equity in real estate.?
I would like to raise $37,000 for a down payment on a apartment complex using a hard money lender or by selling a note secured by the equity in the apartments and or equity in a house. Were can I find a willing investor.
