Why you offered RD & charged me $37.00 without my order?
My recent subscription of RD has not yet been expired but you offered to me once again and credited me $37.00 without my order. Please kindly let me know how do I treat those copies received, to return them to you, if yes, please let me know where. Meanwhile, please refund the $37.00 paid. Thanks.
A-Best: RD = Reader's Digest? I'm guessing that, because they're really awful on the whole renewal thing.
But I'm not sure what you want to accomplish by posting that here. Were you looking for feedback on whether this is a good letter to send them? If so, in the first sentence, you don't mean "credited me $37.00" -- you mean "charged you $37.00". If they credited you any amount, then you got money from them. :-)
A: Who the HECK do you think you're talking to???
This is a DISCUSSION forum.
A: this isn't customer service, this is yahoo questions & answers.. you need to contact yahoo or whoever you are trying to argue with.. but you are not in the right place here..
A: Not sure who you are asking but put the magazines or their covers in an envelope and ship them back to customer service with a written request for your money back. The C/S address is inside the cover opposite the table of contents.
